Current focus
Avivly brings together clinical practice, teaching, and product building. The next stage is making the strongest tools easier to understand, easier to try, and easier to use in real healthcare and education settings.
About
I’m a physiotherapist and AI developer, building at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and education.
Avivly is the place where that work comes together into products, tools, teaching, and smaller systems that are meant to be used in practice.
Aviv at Avivly
Building practical systems, products, and experiments that can actually be used.
Avivly
Not more complicated.
This is where I share what I’m building. AI systems, tools, and ideas. Some of it is live. Some of it is still evolving.
It also shows what you can actually do with AI when you keep it practical.
Founder path
This work did not start as a generic tech story. It grew out of physiotherapy, teaching, and a long-running interest in making complex systems more usable.
Foundation
My background runs through physiotherapy first. That clinical foundation still shapes how I think about products, trust, and what actually helps in practice.
Education
Alongside building products, I’m involved in teaching around entrepreneurship, AI in healthcare, and learning tools that help students think more clearly.
From prototype to system
An early public PT-CHARLIE version appeared as G-PT Charlie in the January 2024 lablab.ai "Create Your Custom GPTs" hackathon, where it was presented as a #1 Place build. Since then, the work has expanded into a broader Avivly product layer.
Teaching
That includes entrepreneurship, AI in healthcare, and building tools for learning.
I also studied through ESP, so the education layer is not separate from the rest of the work. It is part of the same path.
The combination matters. Because building something is one thing. Making it usable is something else.
How I work
If it doesn’t help in practice, it doesn’t stay.
A big part of this work is figuring out what actually works in practice. Not just what sounds good.
